RPA is thrilled to see so many smart reforms together in one housing package. Transit Oriented Development, Accessory Dwelling Units and ending parking minimums are among many proposals that RPA has long advocated for and are so pleased to see their time has come in NYC. We are encouraged by the bold platform of the Adams Administration and applaud the Mayor’s efforts to get this done.
