RPA is excited to see the selection of the Penn Transformation Partners as the Master Developer to create a modern, improved Penn Station. We have the opportunity to create grand civic spaces and improve customer service, wayfinding, and train operations in the nation’s largest transit hub. We hope all the partners can work together to deliver this bold vision with accountability and transparency.

Once the Gateway Program is finished, commuters across the Northeast Corridor will have a faster and more reliable trip into New York City to a station we can all be proud of. As we move into the next steps of the Penn transformation process, RPA remains committed to advocating for building the greatest capacity throughout the system to double train capacity across the Hudson River that Gateway will deliver.
