David Kooris is the perfect choice to lead this important new authority, and I want to applaud Governor Lamont for making such a terrific appointment. Over 20 years working in planning and economic development, David has demonstrated a rare ability to listen to and work with communities. He brings his considerable expertise and skills to create redevelopment plans that make communities more affordable, more inclusive, more prosperous and more beautiful. I cannot think of a better choice to lead this vital work. RPA looks forward to assisting him and the entire team at the MRA to create better outcomes for Connecticut communities.
