The Jersey City Times and Regional Plan Association (RPA) will host a virtual discussion on Monday, June 9, from 11am to 12:30pm, about Jersey City’s current and future housing needs. The webinar, “Will Jersey City be Able to Meet its Housing Needs?”, will feature a presentation of findings from RPA’s report, “Housing Jersey City: Assessing Current and Future Gaps” followed by a panel discussion.
The conversation will feature experts in labor and housing development to discuss the state of housing in Jersey City now, how Jersey City can harness transit-oriented development for low-income residents, and what can be done to create affordable housing needed in the city.
