Urban Development Alternatives for the Hudson Rail Yards

This Regional Plan Association report describes a series of alternative development plans for the proposed New York Sports and Convention Center site on the Hudson Yards.

The report concludes that a mixed-use development on the site is viable for private developers and would better connect the waterfront to the district, promote urban development throughout the area and provide a significantly larger rate of return on public infrastructure investments.
