On Monday, February 1, the Gateway Development Commission filed a federal lawsuit seeking to release the appropriated funding for the Hudson Tunnel Project and prevent a shutdown of the project which would result in a loss of nearly 1,000 jobs and jeopardize the future of the country’s most critical infrastructure project.
