Priscilla Almodovar is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Enterprise Community Partners, Inc., a mission-based affordable housing investment and operating platform. Across its 40-year history, this corporation with 950 employees, has invested $54 billion in communities nationwide to address rental housing solutions, racial equity initiatives and access to capital products and impact investments. Today, Enterprise has over $18 billion assets under management across 1,450 affordable multi-family properties, representing ~ 124,000 units across the United States. Enterprise is also a leading owner-operator of affordable housing in the mid-Atlantic with $1.4 billion in investment and development, having created ~13,000 units. Under her leadership, Enterprise launched its 2020-2025 Strategic Plan, and sharpened its focus on three priorities: increase housing supply; advance racial equity; and build resilience and upward mobility.

Ms. Almodovar is a former Managing Director at JP Morgan Chase, where she led national real estate businesses for their commercial bank which focused on commercial real estate and community development. Previously, she was the President and Chief Executive Officer of New York state’s housing finance and mortgage agencies.

Ms. Almodovar serves on the boards of Realty Income, Inc. (NYSE: O), a real estate investment trust with a $38 billion market cap that invests in single-tenant commercial properties in the United States, Spain and the United Kingdom that are subject to triple-net leases, and Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital, LLC, a private commercial and multifamily mortgage banking company. Ms. Almodovar also serves on the U.S. Secretary of Energy Advisory Board. She has also served as the co-chair of the New York State Health Innovation Council, an advisory body of the New York State Department of Health.
