Chris leads AECOM’s Program Management business in the East Region, overseeing a team of more than 600 project management professionals and a portfolio in excess of $40 billion. With experience in program management, design development, construction management, and inspection, he is responsible for strategy, growth, and project delivery across market sectors, including transportation, water, education, and environment. During his 35-year career, Chris has managed the design and construction of major capital programs throughout the region, ranging from New York City’s Borough-Based Jails Program to Delta Air Lines’ Terminal 4 Redevelopment at John F. Kennedy International Airport and Terminal C & D Reconfiguration at La Guardia Airport to the Bowery Bay Wastewater Treatment Plant and the Willets Point Development. Chris previously served on the Board of Directors of the American Council of Engineering Companies of New York, and is an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, Concrete Industry Board, Construction Management Association of America, Design-Build Institute of America, and New York Building Congress.
