For Rachel Haot, joining the RPA Board of Directors is an opportunity to learn from her fellow board members, and the RPA staff. “I’m excited to engage the technology community in RPA’s mission of shaping the future of infrastructure and the built environment,” she said. “Technology is a means, not an end, and I look forward to exploring how we can use innovation to design safer, more efficient communities centered on the needs of the people.”
