In less than 30 days, RPA will release its Fourth Regional Plan, a long-range vision for the New York, New Jersey and Connecticut metropolitan area.

The plan is a pathway toward a more equitable, sustainable region with shared prosperity for all.
The Fourth Regional Plan is centered around four key actions:
- Fix the institutions that are failing us
- Rise to the challenge of climate change
- Create a dynamic, customer-oriented transportation system
- Make the region affordable for everyone

On November 30th, join us at The New School in the John L. Tishman Auditorium for a once-in-a-generation event that will include a robust dialogue from regional elected officials including: the Honorable Dannel Malloy, Governor of Connecticut; Steve Ballone, Suffolk County Executive; Ras Baraka, Mayor of Newark, as well as remarks by RPA’s Board Chair and RXR Chairman & CEO, Scott Rechler; the chair of RPA’s Fourth Regional Plan Committee and Sidewalk Labs Chief Policy Officer Rohit Aggarwala, and our president Tom Wright that will discuss our long-range vision to ensure the region’s success for all residents.
