US Senator Charles Schumer joined RPA, Association for a Better New York, and the NYU Rudin Center for Transportation Policy and Management to provide an update on the status of infrastructure in the region, particularly the Hudson River Rail Tunnel between New Jersey and New York. Senator Schumer’s address followed the release of the RPA report ​“A Preventable Crisis: The Economic and Human Costs of a Hudson River Rail Tunnel Shutdown.”
