Who is RPA?

RPA is an independent non-profit civic organization that develops and promotes ideas to improve the economic health, environmental resiliency, and quality of life of the New York metropolitan area.

RPA Reports

RPA has more than 400 original reports and white papers in its digital library. Our reports have guided the tri-state region for more than 100 years.

RPA Campaigns

RPA partners with communities, businesses, government and civic leaders to implement our proposals. We focus on a set of critical campaigns each year while advancing dozens of other projects.
