Callie Haines is Executive Vice President, Northeast Region Head for Brookfield Properties. In this role, she is responsible for the strategic positioning and leasing and operating performance of over 26 million square feet of office properties within the New York and Boston markets. Chief among the current projects in Callie’s portfolio are Manhattan West, Brookfield Properties eight-acre, six-building mixed-use development on the West side of Manhattan, as well as the eight-million square foot Brookfield Place in Lower Manhattan and the five-million square foot portfolio and urban campus in Downtown Brooklyn.
Callie joined Brookfield Properties in 2005 as Director on the Design and Construction team, followed by a three-year tenure in the office development group. Prior to her position at Brookfield Properties, Callie spent five years at Turner Construction Company in New York as a project engineer.
Callie received her Masters in Business Administration from London Business School and her Bachelor of Science degree from Princeton University, majoring in Civil Engineering and Architecture.

Nick Martin serves as Senior Vice President, Head of Development and Business Strategy at Rudin. He joined Rudin in 2018 and focuses on development, asset strategy and external affairs. Prior to Rudin, he was a senior aide to United States Senator Charles E. Schumer.
Nick serves on the Board of Directors of Alliance for Downtown New York and Grand Central Partnership. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Villanova University and a Master’s of Science in Real Estate Development from New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate.

Ian McNamara is a senior vice president who joined WSP as director of strategic initiatives in 2020 and most recently served as the East region development director, where he was responsible for leading and supporting major pursuits across all business lines.
The Northeast district includes more than 1,500 employees in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island and Vermont. --- Beginning his career in the transportation sector in Ireland, McNamara’s diverse career background includes project development, operations management, urban planning and mobility, as well as serving as investment director for infrastructure programs. At WSP, he has been involved in winning and leading major transmission and distribution programs as well as complex urban transportation solutions and developments in the semiconductor sector.
McNamara graduated from University College Cork in Ireland with a bachelor’s degree in civil and environmental engineering, and a master’s degree in transportation engineering. He also completed studies in organizational design for digital transformation at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Tom oversees growth and profitability of the Design and Consulting Services group in the New York Metro for AECOM.
His areas of responsibility include transportation, water and wastewater, environment, power, and buildings and places, which encompasses more than 1,300 architects, engineers, scientists, and other support staff.
Prior to joining AECOM, Tom served in a number of leadership roles during his 30 years at the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA)—the largest transportation agency in North America—most recently as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. In that capacity, he established the strategic direction and policies of the MTA’s agencies and was instrumental in securing a five-year capital plan to modernize New York’s public transportation systems, including Second Avenue Subway and East Side Access.
Tom currently serves on the Board of Directors of Eno Center for Transportation.
