For years auto infrastructure in the region has operated near or above capacity. Transportation infrastructure investments move forward but are not able to keep up the pace, and decision parameters are vastly altered in the pandemic. RPA believes there are many solutions to get people around with less environmental impact and little impact on their personal pocketbooks.
