Ian Acriche joined RPA as an Associate for the Office of the President and Development team in April 2024.

Originally from Woodmere, New York, Ian graduated from Duke University in 2023 with a B.A. in Political Science and Asian and Middle Eastern Studies, focusing on Chinese studies. At school, he conducted research on the impacts of gentrification in Durham, as well as other urban areas like New Orleans and Atlanta. Prior to his role at RPA, Ian interned at nonprofits dedicated to fostering bipartisanship and promoting early voting. He also gained experience as an office associate at a wealth management firm.

Outside of work, Ian enjoys playing pickleball, following Duke basketball, exploring museums, and walking around the many neighborhoods of New York City
