Ian currently serves as Executive Assistant to the President & CEO and Secretary to the Board of Directors at RPA. In this role, he is responsible for supporting the President & CEO in all aspects of their work, coordinating board events and activities, and assisting in the management of overall office operations. He joined RPA in April 2024 as an Associate in the Office of the President and Development.
Originally from Woodmere, New York, Ian graduated from Duke University in 2023 with a B.A. in Political Science and Asian and Middle Eastern Studies, focusing on Chinese studies. At school, he conducted research on the impacts of gentrification in Durham, as well as other urban areas like New Orleans and Atlanta. Prior to his role at RPA, Ian interned at nonprofits dedicated to fostering bipartisanship and promoting early voting.
