The RPA Centennial Assembly
RPA is preparing to host our Centennial Assembly during the first week of May, 2022, which will focus on the transformations our region must make in order to thrive for the next 100 years. We must double down on investing in communities for a diverse and growing population, reduce emissions and adapt to climate change, and prioritize health and prosperity for everyone.
With investments from the Federal Government not seen since FDR’s New Deal, transformation is within our reach. We know the solutions we promote will have impacts far beyond what is assumed. Our Centennial Assembly will address how we can fix roadway congestion and transit access with housing, how we can move toward solving the climate crisis with better land use planning, and how desperately needed infrastructure investment can — and will — transform the tri-state for all.
Our priorities and approach have changed dramatically over the past 100 years. The Centennial Assembly is our opportunity to start moving forward on a new path. We hope you can join us.
