Joining RPA as the Development Associate in 2019, Kimberly O’Keeffe works with research staff and donors to execute projects that improve quality of life across the region.

As an undergraduate, Kimberly worked in environmental conservation with the National Park Service and in historical preservation with the City of Charlottesville. She spent her summers at Columbia University where she served as a Senior Residential Advisor and Urban Studies Teaching Assistant. An avid hiker and mediocre camper, she aspires to road trip across the United States and visit every national park.

Prior to joining RPA, Kimberly was the Local Arts Advancement Intern at Americans for the Arts where she researched grassroots funding opportunities for community based projects. She received her B.A. in Urban and Environmental Planning from the University of Virginia School of Architecture.
